Defective/Damaged Item Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. In the rare instance that you receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to assist you promptly. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds:

1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence or additional information to assess the issue.

2. Return Requirement: For us to process a refund for a defective or damaged item, we require the item to be returned. Our team will provide you with specific instructions on how to return the item safely. We kindly ask that you return the item within 14 days of receiving our return instructions.

3. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported defect or damage. If the item meets the criteria for a refund based on our assessment, we will initiate the refund process.

4. Condition of Returned Item: The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and in the same condition as when it was received. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.

5. Refund Options: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. No Return, No Refund: Regrettably, if the item is not returned as per our instructions or if it does not meet our criteria for a defective or damaged item, we may be unable to issue a refund.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our refund policy regarding defective or damaged items. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements listed within each product description. If no measurements are listed, please email us.

Orders cannot be cancelled once made.

Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since the fulfillment of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with the quality or the condition of your order and you want a full refund, you have to send the item/items back with relevant tracking information in order to get it. 

Fraudulent Transaction Refund Policy

At LotR Premium Store we are committed to providing a secure and seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, to ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following policy regarding fraudulent transaction refunds:

  1. Transaction Fulfillment

    • Once a transaction is successfully received, LotR Premium Store is obligated to fulfil the order promptly, regardless of its nature (fraudulent or legitimate).
  2. Chargeback and Refund Requests

    • Customers must notify us of any fraudulent transactions and submit a chargeback or refund request within 30 calendar days from the date of the original transaction.
    • If no chargeback or refund request is made within this 30-day period, LotR Premium Store will not be held accountable for the transaction, and no refund will be processed.
  3. Responsibility Beyond 30 Days

    • After the 30-day period has passed, LotR Premium Store will consider the transaction final. We will not issue refunds or take responsibility for any claims of fraudulent activity related to the transaction.
  4. Customer Responsibility

    • It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their accounts regularly and report any unauthorized or suspicious transactions to us and their financial institution promptly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
