Customers must provide a correct shipping address written in English, along with a valid email address and phone number at the time of purchase. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delays or non-delivery of your order.
February Orders Delay Notice
Orders placed in February are currently subject to an additional 3-week delivery delay. This means orders made during this period will not be shipped until around February 23rd. We will process and ship orders in chronological order.
Shipping Carriers
Most packages within the United States are shipped via USPS. For worldwide deliveries, we use FedEx, DHL, and Cainiao Global.
Please check your tracking link carefully, as some parcels may require pickup from your local post office.
Returns Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are substantial defect(s) in the product(s) and the matter is brought to our attention within one week of your receipt of the item, and our team will be able to help you from there.
Please make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. There are no returns on mistaken sizes. Make sure to read the measurements listed within each product description. If no measurements are listed, please email us.
Orders cannot be cancelled once made.
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since the fulfillment of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
